Dr. Parghi has such a good manner. She has taken her time with me, listens to my concerns, and offers helpful suggestions. Salveo has been very responsive when I have needed refills or had questions. I'm extremely happy with Salveo Direct Care.

Dr. Monica Salas is a great primary care doctor. She is a patient and attentive listener, and is very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I especially appreciate her effort to ensure that I know how much outside testing and imaging will cost up front so I don't encounter any stressful surprises. Overall, I have been very pleased with the direct care model, especially as someone who has some built up anxiety around visiting doctors and tends to put off contacting them. Salveo Direct Care makes it very easy to communicate, and their medical assistants Diana and Shirley are always very responsive. Thank you!

We love being able to go to one doctor’s office for the whole family! They’re kind and patient with my toddler. I’ve enjoyed every experience I’ve had at this clinic. Top notch!! They have an appt to communicate and are always quick to respond. We moved out of town to the country and we still make the drive into San Antonio because they are just that good.

I have been under the care of Dr. Salas since 2022, and I plan to be a patient for life. She has a genuine interest in the well-being of my health and takes the time to provide me with solutions. Their staff is quick and responsive. They all remember the little details about my life I share when I visit, and it just speaks highly about the type of people you are placing your care under. In my experience with other clinics under insurance, I am often left to feel like a number. Due to the influx of patients, I don't get to see my actual doctor when the need arises because they are booked weeks in advance. I would highly recommend Salveo to anyone because they make me feel seen and are not dismissive of the natural panic that arises when there is a concern about our health. Thank you, Dr. Salas and your team, for being amazing!!

Excellent in every way. Dr. P. Salas is thorough, thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his pragmatic approachand and felt that he genuinely cared about me as a person and not just as a patient. He is very down to earth and approachableand and even went out of his way to get a pillow for me while he inserted the pellets. Not many doctors would be so thoughtful. The staff is very friendly and the facility is state of the art. I am recommendinghim to all of my friends and colleagues for HRT.
